MY PROFESSIONAL LIFE:

Most recently, I served as the Head of Product for Amazon’s Project Kuiper, where I was entrusted to generate over $100 million in net annual revenue by designing monetization strategies, crafting global broadband business models, and leading the delivery of cloud-native OSS/BSS systems. My work empowered global commercial broadband services and established new market opportunities.

During my tenure at Amazon, I served as a professional development chair for Women. I mentored women who were in different phases of their lives. Some were just entering the workforce, some were going through the early parenting phase, and others were struggling with work-life balance, which is a rarity in high-tech companies. This resourceful group supported them, helped them with templates for success, and taught self-advocacy as they lay multiple roles at home and work. These women thrived despite the timing of their biological setbacks, and each of them had an inspiring story to tell!

Previously, as a Principal Digital Business Lead at T-Mobile, I managed business strategy and planning for enterprise portfolios, prioritizing connectivity products such as IoT, automotive, and edge devices. I secured a $2.67 million budget for a multi-year software delivery roadmap, demonstrating my deep understanding of project dependencies and budget management.

Twenty years ago, I began my career as a software programmer, building on foundational knowledge gained while studying AI as an elective in college. This background has shaped my ability to bridge technical expertise with strategic business execution. My zone of genius lies at the intersection of AI-driven innovation and customer-centric product leadership. I specialize in crafting solutions that address complex challenges and unlock market potential, such as leveraging RPA to achieve a 70% reduction in operational costs and launching platforms that transform user experiences, earning recognition like a Corporate Innovation Award.

MY PERSONAL LIFE:

I grew up in places of varying cultures - the ones where a girl is taught to fully cover herself and others where there were efforts to educate the girls to save the nation. I have two sisters and we have benefitted from the latter mission. I am the first woman in my community and social circle to be employed by a corporate office. I am also the first woman to get an 'independent' entry to the United States for work. I followed my dreams and reached the DC area., establishing myself as an inspiring leader for many young girls. My husband and I have two kids, and I am incredibly proud of them. I was born on the prestigious ISRO (Indian Space Research Organization) campus at the Satish Dhawan Space Centre (SDSC) in Sriharikota, Andhra Pradesh, India. My father worked there, and the fact certainly had a profound impact on me. I chose to work in the Space Tech, and feel deeply associated with it.
