This story is still in the works! I have been wanting to publish it for a while, not just for the sake of those on my professional network but for myself. I have a lot of emotions tied to it. I haven’t had the time to articulate it, but here is a humble start. And it will keep growing….

Yay! it made it to the top 5 Innovations developed at the ISP company in its 50 yr history!

Self Service Portal — In a customer survey conducted after the first launch of the self-service portal, it quickly rose to fame! The several shout-outs were for its ability to provide customers with an interactive, easy-to-use dashboard and a view into network activities, installs, trouble reporting, and ticketing. Customers were longing for this experience. What made it special? How did I come to design it?

Here is a preview of the matrix of wire-frames that enhances user interfaces and user experience:

Solutions at scale - The empowerment was huge. It created a platform to host a dynamic catalog that will allow a mix and match of services and devices. Easy configuration of compatibility rules between products built seller confidence. This helped the ISP launch it’s next-generation portfolio of network and digital media solutions, including industry-leading Software Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) solutions, meets a range of distributed enterprise needs.

How my name is tangled in the history of this ISP:

⁃ First ever product catalog in Salesforce was inadvertently set up with my name — Products Anu! And it took a while to change the name of the view
⁃ First ever case created during first go-live of the famed B2B customer portal
⁃ First-ever work order placed during first go-live of new Order-to-cash portal
